The Gananoque & District Humane Society is a volunteer-run, no-kill cat shelter dedicated to providing care for abandoned and surrendered cats. Each cat receives essential veterinary care, including spay/neuter, microchipping, and vaccinations before adoption. With no guaranteed funding, GDHS relies on the generosity of the community to continue its important work.

Greater Kingston Chorus of Sweet Adelines

2587 PWOR Army Cadet Corps provides youth aged 12 to 18 with opportunities to develop leadership, citizenship, and teamwork skills in a structured and supportive environment. Based in Kingston, the program offers a wide range of activities including training, community involvement, and summer camp experiences—all at no cost to participants.
